Hours Per Week : 35 hrs pw, 8:30am-3:30pm Mon-Fri

We are seeking a Behaviour Support Assistant to work closely with the Behaviour team, playing a full and effective role in the pastoral and academic support of all students, liaising with staff, parents, internal and external support agencies where required. The successful candidate will operate an effective on-call system that becomes the first stage of triaged intervention following incidents. They will work closely with middle and senior leaders, and the team supporting SEND, Behaviour and Safeguarding to best support all students.
