The Premises Supervisor will oversee and manage the caretaking team, including the premises team and the daytime cleaners. Key responsibilities include maintaining safe and well-maintained buildings, ensuring school security at all times, monitoring and minimising energy usage and waste, reporting issues to the Facilities Manager and taking a proactive approach to identify and resolve maintenance issues.
