Principal Accountabilities include:

  • student support: working closely with middle leaders, support staff and students you will play a major role in the pastoral support and academic progress of a cohort of students
  • on-call support: working effectively as a member of the on-call team and the wider care response team, prioritising conflicting demands and managing own workload effectively
  • providing support to middle leaders in responding to incidents throughout the school day and beyond. This will include intervention, investigation and recording of behaviour incidents and outcomes;
  • working in collaboration with the middle leaders to continually improve and develop outcomes for students
  • maintaining high administration and professional standards
