Under the UK GDPR, individuals have the right to have confirmed whether or not their personal data is being processed at an organisation, as well as the right to access the personal data held about them and which is eligible for disclosure. The individual may also verify the conditions under which an organisation is processing their data.

You are entitled to submit Subject Access Requests all year round, but please bear in mind that we have limited staff in schools over the summer holidays and if the request is complex it may be necessary for us to extend the response period.
