Professional Development Communities (PDCs)

Want to work with other leaders with the same responsibility for your subject? Jointly with our Teaching School Hub partner SWIFT (South West Institute for Teaching) we support the running of over 30 Primary and Secondary Subject PDCs.

PDCs provide:

• Up to date training on the latest issues and research in your subject.
• A network of leaders working together to develop best practice
• A place to share case studies and examples of quality work from other schools
